New book from alum Tartaglione Reply

Simeone Tartaglione (GPD ’09, Conducting) has written Teresa Procaccini, Una Vita Per La Musica, which has been published in Italian by EDIPAN, Rome. Procaccini is a composer whose productions over the last 50 years have delivered several masterpieces for symphonic, opera, chamber, and solo repertoires. Grant Gilman (MM ’06) Reply

Grant Gilman (BM ’04, Violin; MM ’06, Conducting) was appointed director of orchestras at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va. Gilman also holds the position of associate music director with the Round Rock Symphony Orchestra in Round Rock, Texas, and is currently finishing his doctoral studies at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, where he is a student of Mark Gibson.
